Homeschool Club Keeps On Going!

Did you know Fall Creek Public Library offers a free Homeschool Club?

We meet on the third Monday of the month from 130-230pm. Ages 5 and older from home- and unschooled families are welcome to attend. We have had friends from Eau Claire, Fall Creek, Osseo, Fairchild, Menomonie, and more!

In September, meet at the Library before we go on an adventure around town! We'll journey outside to collect leaves and then press them once we return to the library. In case of rain, I will have other activities planned.

In October, we will examine leaves under the microscope to see what they look like. We'll then ID as many leaves as we can and make booklets for everyone to take home. If you miss our September meeting, we will have extra leaves on hand for you to use.

Parents are welcome to stay and participate, spend time on our computers, meet with one another, or run errands. If you do choose to leave, make sure your child or myself knows how to get in contact with you.

In case you do not have a calendar in front of you, the dates we will meet are September 17, October 15, November 19, and December 17. At that time, we will re-visit meeting times and dates for Winter/Spring 2013.
